Product Information

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as there may be slight colour variances depending on the resolution of your monitor.

There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.  

Exchange Policy

Goods sold can be exchanged only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected.

Email us at boutiquelane6sales@gmail.com to inform us of the incorrect or defective items and we would gladly do an exchange for you!  

Please note that exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis and you must return the defective goods within 7 working days from date of delivery.

The item should be returned intact in brand new condition and not worn/washed.  

If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, you can either opt for an exchange for another item of equal or less value or store credits for future purchases!

Payment Information

Types of payment accepted:

i) POSB/DBS ibanking (Our preferred method)

ii) ATM transfer or interbank transfers

iii) Visa or Mastercard via Paypal

For customers paying by Paypal or Credit cards – Please select payment via “Paypal” at the final step of checkout and you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card or from your existing paypal account.

For customers who select “bank transfer” at checkout, the invoice sent to your mailbox will include the details on how you can make transfer. To secure your purchase, please make payment within 24 hours upon receipt of the invoice. Otherwise, we will put up your item for sale without prior notice.

We recommend payment via ibanking. However if you will wish to opt for ATM transfer, please email us a clear snap shot of your transaction receipt from the ATM to us, as a proof of transfer to our account. For inter-bank transfers, the verification of payment will take approx 3 days. 

Delivery Information

Currently, we only ship within Singapore. Postage prices will vary depending on the weight. For standard local mail, the charges will be $1 for the 1st item and just add $0.50 for every subsequent item added. Registered mail only costs $2.24 on top of the standard local postage price.  

For orders where postage prices have exceeded $4.20 or where items are >2kg but less than 3kg, we will offer Singapore Post Office SmartPac services. SmartPac is a postage-paid postal service for delivery anywhere in Singapore the next working day.

We will NOT be responsible for any lost or damaged standard local mails. Do opt for registered mails to reduce the risk of missing mails! For registered mail, a Registered Article number will be given to you so that you can track the status of your item. Refunds will strictly not be given for lost mails.

Shipping by Singapore Post Office will usually take 1 to 5 working days (exclusive of weekends)
